Treat your hands

Give your hands a real treat once every few weeks by rubbing hands with a combination of sugar and baby oil. While the sugar exfoliates the oil will hydrate thirsty skin leaving hands incredibly soft. Moisturising your hands daily is important too, so don't forget to keep a JOHNSON'S® hand cream in your hand bag for beautifully soft and nourished hands whilst on the go.

Get your beauty sleep!

During sleep is the ideal time for your body to regenerate and renew so it's really important you get a good night's slumber. Lack of sleep can really show on your skin so make sure you dedicate some time before bed to unwinding and pampering - you'll really see the difference in the mirror! Why not indulge in a relaxing bubble bath before bed to unwind and prepare yourself for a good night's sleep.

Don't dry out your skin

Rubbing skin too hard with a towel after your bath or shower can dry skin out - for truly strokeable skin simply pat skin until it's almost dry and then apply your moisturiser to lock in moisture. To lock in moisture whilst you shower, try using a body wash with added moisturiser.

Exfoliate your skin

Before you take your bath or shower give your skin a wake-up call with a dry body-brushing session. Just five minutes brushing your skin in a circular motion not only exfoliates skin but also helps combat cellulite by improving circulation. After exfoliating, use a body moisturiser or body wash with added moisturiser to keep skin from drying out.
